Seaham shop owner fined for stocking illegal tobacco and vapes

A County Durham shop owner who stocked more than £2,000 worth of illegal tobacco and vapes has been fined.

The European Mini Market on Church Street, Seaham unknowingly sold trading standards officers two packs of branded cigarettes for just £10 during a test buy.
