Wigan residents are urged to help stop youngsters from smoking by reporting the sale of illegal tobacco

As part of Greater Manchester Integrated Care Partnership’s ambition to make smoking history, it has re-launched its Keep it Out campaign across the 10 boroughs of the city-region to help reduce the supply and demand for illicit tobacco.
